Avenue. Take
Waverly just
over the Sunrise
Highway overpass
and make a left
at the light,
onto the Sunrise
Highway service
road. The
College entrance
and parking
facilities are
located 1,000
feet on the
right.
FROM THE WEST
Travel east
on Sunrise
Highway (Route
27) to Exit 52 —
Waverly Avenue.
Continue on the
Sunrise Highway
service road.
The College
entrance and
parking
facilities are
located 1,000
feet beyond the
traffic light,
past Waverly
Avenue. Veterans
Highway,
Patchogue-Holbrook
Road and Nicolls
Road are the
best routes from
the north shore
of Long Island
via the Long
Island
Expressway
(I-495). The
L.I.E. extends
from the
Queens-Midtown
Tunnel in
Manhattan to
just outside the
town of
Riverhead on the
east side of
Long Island.
FROM THE EAST
Travel west on
Sunrise Highway
(Route 27) to
Exit 52. Turn
left at the
first light onto
Waverly Avenue,
over the
overpass, then
turn left again
at the next
light onto the
Sunrise Highway
service road.
The College
entrance and
parking
facilities are
located 1,000
feet to the
right.
Directions to The Bates House: 1 Bates Road, Setauket, NY 11733
- Take Nicolls Road North to the end and make a right onto 25A
- Go to the first traffic light and make a left onto North Country Road
- Take that to the end and make a right onto Main Street
- Make the first left onto Bates Road if you go past the library on your right you went too far.
Bates Road looks like an uphill driveway to a Black and White House.
- Stay straight on Bates Road and go all the way to the end.DO NOT turn off the road just go straight back to the parking lot.
Directions to St. Joseph School: 25 Church Street, Ronkonkoma, NY 11779
Directions from Nicolls Road:
- Take the LIE West to EXIT 60.
- Make a right onto Ronkonkoma Avenue which is the second traffic light after the exit ramp.
- Go to the first traffic light and make a left onto Church Street.(You will see a Chinese Restaurant and a gas station on the corner)
- The school is located just past the church, however the driveway to get to the school entrance is located just before the church on the right. Take that driveway around to the left and you will see the two story school building on your left.
